Abstract EN

This study deals with the topic of social responsibility and the most important international experiences in the field of social responsibility, especially the experience of the Zain Group.

The study also includes the most important conclusions and lessons learned for Algeria from this international experience.

There is a growing sense that especially developing countries, including public and private organizations, have become less committed to their social responsibilities, revealing the real need to adopt this responsibility, since social misconduct can be very costly to the State, its organizations and society as a whole.
