Abstract EN

This study is aimed to examine the fact of export in Algeria, with regard to the huge decrease of fuels prices, As Algeria surely has an enormous capacities, but it has to know how to exploit these resources rationally, through the reliance on a well thoughtful development policy implemented rigorously without oil and gas, as Algeria could exploit other underground resources, and deliver it locally for manufacturing high double-valued products which is capable of the competition in global markers.

The most important results of this study are the urge of the removal of all obstacles that prevents the export process, which does not motivate managers to export like bureaucracy and the slow pace of administrative procedures.

In addition, the Algerian productive system is a system which is not varied and characterized by huge dependence on the exterior, With respect to inputs and equipments.

In addition to that, the dependence on foreign suppliers with the decrease of the value of the dinar, which will lead to the increase of the prices of, manufactured products, which is entailed by incapacity of competition with the foreign products.

And the most recommended thing by this study is that, there is a must to diversify the economy through intensifying the new productive investments, and modernizing the existing production management and its improvement in order to achieve a competitive production quality at the lowest price, thus meeting the national and international markets requirements, and the rehabilitation of the enterprise milieu and modernizing the administration which ensures the functions of adjusting economy, Restore future studies and economic and social information in order to see the reality of the economic fabric and its effectiveness, as well as the economic and financial prospects… and other recommendations.
