Abstract EN

In this scientific study we inted to highlight the actual development of managers competencies of in publics hospitals, through a questionnaire addressed to all the managers of three public hospitals: the university hospital of Blida, Blida Hospital Specialized in psychiatry in addition to Public Hospital of Blida Thus , our study showed through a statistical analyses and a correlative coefficients the positive impact of all : training , motivation besides to the knowledge management and information’s technologies , on development of the managers competencies .However, we have to mention that this positive impact is limited because of the specific nature of the internal environment of these establishments from which resulted non- available and even a non-preparation of an appropriate field to the development of competencies
