This study aims to clarify the role of sovereign wealth funds in the national economy, through financing and cover State budget deficits, with reference to the case of the fund adjust resources in Algeria.

The study reached that Algeria focus on the excessive adopting on the Fund adjust resources as the principle instrument to cover the public budget deficit, and realizing financial balance under the low oil prices and the current financial crises .That is to say the possibility of the depletion in the funds revenues in the medium term.
