Abstract EN

The majority of the Imams of Hadith at the time of the narrative, have introduced in their books subjects relating to the science of hadith, its doctrine, and various others, such ECHAFIAI in “Mukhtalif El Hadith”, Moslim in the introduction to his SAHIH and Tirmidhi in “Alilal”.

However, biographical studies by Imam ELBOUKHARI were characterized by a theological depth (Fiqh and Hadith) without precedents.

It carries a number of common sense that cannot be deducted by someone who combines knowledge related to the Hadith (narration, fiqh, language…).

Reading his book, our attention was drawn to the importance given by ELBOUKHARI certain topics and rules relating to the Hadith that no one has raised until this day.

In this study we will try to clarify this issue to discover the genius of this eminent narrator.
