Abstract EN

This study basically aims to present the ethical leadership and its importance in creating organizational commitment of the human resources.

Researcher conducted an empirical study in Hayet Corporation in order to test the ethical leadership model which included five dimensions: respect, justice, providing service to others, honesty, humility.

The tools used in this study were the comparison between two groups: emotional commitment and interest commitment.

To compare the two groups, researcher uses T Test at 95% of significance to determine the existence of ethical leadership dimensions.

This study concluded the importance of the ethical leadership in creating the emotional commitment, especially when the company wants to keep its human resources from moving to other companies.
