this study which is an exploratory an analytical study , seeks to investigate the state of human resource management information system at ( nover) company population consisted of (20) workers ,this unit of analysis for this study was the individual manager, Data obtained were processed and analyzed by ( spss ) finding included the following.

The level of adapting and implementing (HRI) system, infrastructure was moderate in the study sample finally, the study reveal set of finding and recommendation which were conclued in the light of the results achieved by this study.
