Abstract EN

This study aims to: highlight activation teaching purposes of Sharee'ah, and the work of an analytical study, the sermon Farewell, and download them to the contemporary reality, strategy legitimacy, and how this sermon has achieved the purposes of Shariah, in keeping the five colleges: religion, psychology, birth control or display mind and money.

The study highlighted: that sermon Farewell, is the first declaration of human rights, directed the Prophet Muhammad × not to his nation only, but to all of humanity, as the study showed, through analytical reading aimed at sermon Farewell, that that speech, the best way to activate teaching purposes of the law, and evidence from the evidence, that illuminates the path of al-Faqih, in devising legal judgment, and an approach to protecting society from crime.
