Abstract EN

The purpose of this research is to emphasize the role of knowledge management in the construction of the value networks through the use of the different applications of knowledge management, wich are represented by the various diagnostic operations, creation, storage, distribution and the application of knowledge by the different parties that compose the generator source of the network values, the most important among them are: customers, competitors, suppliers and the firm itself.

we have made an empirical study on the overall active banks situated in the city of Setif, through a survey given to the departments chiefs, and we came to the conclusion that there is a total absence of a special section(cell) dedicated ot knowledge management in the banks under study, however, those banks works generally in a value networks
