Abstract EN

The aim of this study is to highlight the most important strategies of career development which is the strategy of connection between the career path and the training path.

which explain the nature of the relationship between the career path and training path.

The study concluded that the training path is training from the perspective of the planning career paths, who works on construction of cumulative experience and skills of human resources.

The results proved also the existence of a complementary relationship between the career and training path which allows the human resources to know the requirements of the career path of training needs.
