Abstract EN

the objective of this study is to see the nature of the relation between citizens and the public administration of the National Fund for Social Services .especially how they are received and oriented in order to take car of their preoccupations .we have used two tools the survey to be filled out by citizens and an interview with the communication responsible of this institution.

It was found that an improuvement of this relation was noted in the aspect of communication ,reception and orientation despite some defects.the main problem remains the takiing care of the wories of citizens who steel complain about too much time spent before geting their service done.
