Abstract EN

This study aimed to investigate the role of the organizational climate in the development of organizational citizenship behavior among the staff of the local administration at chelghoum laid municipality in the wilaya of Mila, where he sought to know the most important dimension of the organizational climate affecting the behavior of the staff.

Also it aimed investigating the nature of the relationship between the different dimensions of organizational climate and organizational citizenship behavior among municipal employees.

To achieve study objectives, a questionnaire was distributed to a sample of 48 individuals.

The study found the presence of a positive correlation between the organizational climate with his various dimensions and organizational citizenship
