The objective of this study is to examine the impact of compatibility (strategy / structure) on organizational effectiveness in the organization.
According to the empirical study, we found that there is a positive relationship between compatibility (strategy / structure) and organizational effectiveness and that the absence of such a consensus would lead to poor performance on the sample companies in our study

L’objectif de cet étude est d’examiner l’impact de la compatibilité (stratégie / structure) sur l'efficacité organisationnelle dans l’organisation.
D’après l’étude empirique, nous avons trouvé qu'il existe une relation positive entre la compatibilité (stratégie / structure) et l'efficacité organisationnelle et que l'absence d'un tel consensus conduirait à une faible performance sur l’échantillon des entreprises de notre étude
