Abstract EN

The world literature’s saying creates strict arguments since the nineteeth century.

So, it has many definitions of western central reactions and especially the frenche ones.

Since its flourishing heritage and its relations with the western humanist thouhght.

An important research appears about this thesis.

Then, the apperance of the new critical field called the cultural critic.

To attract the attention to the western thinking, it asks questions to itself and epeats the same theses sevrel time then renew its views to the world when it seems fair and humanistic.

The western cultural critics remind us that the west doesn’t live alone in this world.

The other peoples also exist and have a history, a civilization and a culture.

The west has to deal with the others according to their existance and not to their absence.

This article treises to review the world literature saying and definition by the different critics and comparative taking into consideration the retake to its presence in the literature field after it was absent.
