The companies seek to make customers the center of their attention and are mainly based on their plans and strategies.
The aim is to develop the relationship between them and make them last as long as possible in term of time and more profitable from the financial side ,wich is a achived by managing the relationship with customers .integrated marketing system based on three pillars is to achieve customer satisfaction and knowledge of its value and work to gain fulfillement .on the other hand the success of this system requieres the concerted efforts of all the departements of the company and its personnel , including the product marketing manager wich is active in companies that choose to move to organize internally through this function , which makes one of the specialists in marketing based in the affairs of one or many products .and its contribution to the management of customer relationship is evident as a member of the company and a guardien of some of the products offred to customers with a field study of the reality of this role in the Algerian companies.
