Startups need different forms of accompaniment, the most important of which is the necessary training that qualifies them to experience the implementation of innovative idea, here is the following problematic: How entrepreneurship education programs can contribute to creation and execution of innovative ideas in startups? This paper aims to display the reality and importance of educational and training programs that promote and implement innovative ideas, Therefore, we have adopted the descriptive approach and we have been monitoring statistics and previous data that indicate the size of the projects that are subject to failure in the absence of training, training and field follow-up.
