Abstract EN

Through this communication, we aim to discover the reality of female entrepreneurship and their participation in the programs of supporting the contracting projects such as (ANSEJ, ANGEM)., in order to identify the main motivations and motivations that lead women to enter the world of entrepreneurship.

Finally, we found that pull factors (motivation of independence and economic) are predominant.

Nous visons à travers cette communication de découvrir la réalité de l‘entreprenariat féminin par la participation des femmes entrepreneures dans les dispositifs (ANSEJ, ANGEM).

Dans ce contexte particulièrement porteur notre recherche a comme objectif d‘identifier les motivations principales des femmes à entreprendre en utilisant la théorie Push / Pull au niveau de la wilaya d‘Oran.

A la fin de cette communication nous atteindrons que les facteurs pull (motivation d‘indépendance et économique) sont prédominants
