Abstract EN

The study aims at recognizing the entrepreneurial characteristics and its relation to improvement of decisions quality in the private Palestinian universities, the researchers used the analytical, descriptive approach for this purpose, A questionnaire was used a main tool for data collection, the size of the sample was (177) Individuals, while (141) questionnaire were obtained response a response of 79.6%,, the researchers used comprehensive limitation approach for data collection, and used the (spss) was used as a statistical package the assumptions, the results of the study have concluded that there is a statistically significant relationship between the entrepreneurial characteristics and to improvement of decisions quality in university of Palestine, also concluded that There are no statistically significant differences between the mean scores of answers on entrepreneurial characteristics in the university due to the following demographic variables (age, service, scientific qualification), and the existence of statistically significant differences due to the following demographic variables (gender).

The research has introduced a set of recommendations, among which: The necessity to adopt and reinforce the entrepreneurial characteristics by the top level management of University employ it in improving the decisions effectiveness that may contribute in the growth and sustainability of these Universiteis in the University environment.

Activation the role of Palestine University to reinforce the entrepreneurial characteristics throughout making workshops, conferences, and scientific seminars.
