This paper interrogates the policy for the residential building sector in our society, and its relation with differents types of crimes.

It becomes important to know about both the term crime and society.

So, for this reason, this analysis revisits the concept of Crime Through the Urban Policy.

I argue that this policy involving bad consequences reflecting social, It can creates a violence in different sectors, so we must give serious consideration.
