Abstract EN

This Study aims to shed light on the importance of the role which is carried by Islamic commercial banks.

That in respect principles Islamic law in its transactions.

This study has two focuses: First, it the importance of the orientation Islamic financial transactions.

The second is the extent power of the Islamic banks for the challenge and confrontation of the crises financial.

The Study concludes that Islamic banks in their transactions in the current period is very similar to financial transactions in conventional banks.

If the Islamic banking system were adopted more, the financial crisis would not have taken place.
