The collapse of oil prices in the international market in 2015 and its continuation, has affected again on revenues of Algeria fuels and on budget.

It was Algeria into a financial crisis as a result of its heavy reliance on exports and excessive on hydrocarbons by 98% as it is known.

While combining a large number of experts in the international economy and energy that transformed the economic strategy in China to focus on quantity to quality implies, that the Chinese economy will not continue in the high rate of energy consumption and strong, which it was.

And exploitation of oil and gas in the United States, two factors will be performed in addition to the imbalance in the balance of supply and demand to a significant decline in oil prices in global markets in the next recent years.

And between conflicting predictions in terms of oil between rising and declining prices, for Algeria to work to get out of this vicious circle and not remain trapped in a conflict of interest and economic powers in the world, through the reduction of dependency on hydrocarbons Algerian economy, and there is no way to get out of only work on diversification.

Through this paper we will try to address the problematic economic diversification in Algeria and what is its impact on economic growth rates in Algeria through analytical study and econometric application
