The Algerian society is witnessing a great change in its various forms, reflected by the economic, political and socio-cultural transformations that have characterized his career since the independence to this day.

Many researchers attributed the changes in economic construction to great value due to changes in the level of other social construction elements, and the attitudes that are associated with influential groups in society such as the political elite and the intelligentsia as a happy producer to produce the symbolic meanings of society.

The transformation of the Algerian economic structure is characterized by special features.

The process of transition from the socialist economic model to the market economy has been characterized since the beginning of the nineties, by adopting mechanisms whose main objective was to achieve integration into the global economy on the one hand and to continue the development project that Algeria embarked upon since independence, in which active groups interacted with different positions.
