Abstract EN

This paper deals with theoretical frame work of the competitive advantages of the enterprise through a set of approaches; starting with the advantage on the level of the state to the sector then the enterprise, after came the ‘Porter Model’ as a revolution in the world of strategy to show that the competitive advantage come from the market positioning and the enterprise must adapt in the field of competition, later there were put ‘Porter’ which is the contrary of this analysis at the time where it considered as the source of the enterprise and its activities, and then come the model of resources and competencies to confirm and show that the advantage in the long-term come from human resource represented in competencies, and the enterprise must maintain it, develop it through its management.
