Abstract EN

The current study aimed to identify the level of existential anxiety and academic procrastination and to examine the correlations and differences between them in relation to the variables of gender and academic level.

The study sample consisted of 260 students from Al-Azhar University in Gaza.

The researchers applied the Existential Anxiety Scale developed by Good and Good (1974) and the Academic Procrastination that they developed.

The study results indicated that there is an average level of existential anxiety and academic procrastination and that the two phenomena are correlated.

The Results also showed that existential anxiety and academic procrastination varied according to gender in favor of males but did not vary according to academic level.
