Product policy is considered as one of the most important elements of marketing policy in institution of production regarding its importance in decisions-taking about future product in the fields of investments and competitive superiority that are related to goods modals, a fact that leads decision makers for the company looks for techniques that makes their product much more superior than other competitive products.

This can t be realize unless there is a uniqueness in product policy and what it includes as various variables that can be controlled and mastered to e used as tools for competition.

We have demonstrated in this paper the concept associated to production and various shapes it can take and variables which makes the producer think about variable and which has the greater impact and leads to a greater competition.

Therefore trying to make more competitive product which helps the company to achieve certain goals.

We have shown the theoretical part and its implication on practical fields on the company CERTAF in Maghnia as a model.
