This search paper aims to know the A reflection of the adoption of social responsibility towards consumers and competitors in the competitive Algerian small and medium-sized enterprises, To realize the objective of search an empirical study was fulfilled on businesses group in Setif , using a set of data collection tools, and the questionnaire as a principle tool in search.

The study found that there are application of social responsibility by the enterprises under study, despite the lack of awareness of the concept, through attention to the activities of social responsibility towards the consumers (clients), and competitors
