Abstract EN

This study aims to evaluate the performance of supply chain in petroleum societies¸ through presenting the most important used tools in this evaluation¸ with the possibility of applying it in the society where the study was done¸ and also analysing the real performance evaluation where table of board and Balanced Score Card, were used on the sample of the study which is the Asphalt centre in Touggourt.

Found that society depends only on table of board in evaluating the performance, in order to achieve the needs of the Total Quality Management TQM.

In addition to recording ups and downs comparing with the expected performance on the Exploitation and Transportation levels, also focus in the Activities is only on the financial side
