The language is an integrated language system of five levels, at each of these levels, a set of heterogeneous diodes, at the acoustic level we find; two-sided and solid, double stirring and immersion, the computer is a logical system of mathematical software, one of its most important binaries is bilateral zero and one, dual input and output, our goal is in this paper show structural similarity between the language system and the computer system, and the scientific and technical link between them.
