Jurisprudence of balance is considered one of the main issues.

This importance is considered as one of the methods of Ijtihad (Jurisprudence) and Tarjih (preference) on the one hand, and it is the most important tool in the assessment between the interests and the detriment of the issues on the other hand.

In this research, I try to address the presentation of this jurisprudence through contemporary jurisprudence, and I have demonstrated the jurisprudence of Dr.

Yusuf Al-Qaradawi in this field.
