This paper deals with the role of judicial security in achieving family stability, "Reconciliation between the couple as a model" - a comparative study between Islamic law and Algerian legislation.

It included two sections: The first is dedicated to the definition of judicial security, family stability and judicial reform (arrangement recorded by court), And the second to clarify the role of judicial reconciliation between spouses in achieving family stability.
