Abstract EN

This study deals with the concept of precautionary measures and their characteristics.

These measures are related to the need to provide for them by law, The objectives of Islamic jurisprudence and law are to eliminate criminal danger on the one hand, and to reform the offender and protect society from crime on the other.

There are two conditions for taking precautionary measures; previous crime and criminal gravity.

The study included the role of precautionary measures in achieving judicial security through the measure of exile, deportation, defamation of false witness, and the process of the situation in the therapeutic institution.
