Islamic sharia aimed at bringing benefits and warding off evil, its legislation is exact, and it includes every humanity on different circumstances and times.
The crime of rape has spread through different forms, which differ from adultery, so it was necessary to address the jurisprudential characterization of this crime and its punishment in Islamic jurisprudence.
