In the context of studying the problem of professional pressure on staff and the role of Training in reducing it.
the researcher studied the case of batna.1.
hadj lakhder University at batna.
where mass sample survey was adopted.
the number of administrative staff is 319 .
the data collection is done via ( questionnaire ).
319 form have been distributed among them 282 recovered.
including 12 canceled consequently the number of forms susceptive to analysis is 270 forms.
and the software spss has been applied in the statistical analysis.
the most important results of the study that Training is an important mechanism to reduce the professional pressure on the staff at the university under study.
but there are some factors that reduce its effectiveness.
including : Routine work at the university under study is a source of job stress among employees .To Do not provide opportunities for employees to show their potential talents is a source of job stress.
the absence of comparison between the performance of trained personnel before and after the training process .
and evaluation to determine the effectiveness of training programs.
The university does not pay attention to investigate the opinions of trained personnel about how did they satisfied and benefit from training programs .
That the university did not pay attention specifically for training programs and there fore the absence of good coverage of training needs
