Abstract EN

The study aims to identify the reality of entrepreneurship in Algeria, through the diagnosis of the economic fabric, and shed light on microfinance mechanisms, either directly (ANSEJ, ANGEM, CNAC) or indirectly (Fund loan guarantee), as well as incubators system, which were developed by the Algerian government to achieve economic and social development.

The study also concluded that the development of entrepreneurship not only bound by the performance of organizations and support programs, but also the availability of the spirit and entrepreneurial culture in society that has a low level in Algeria
