Abstract EN

This study aims to identify the role of knowledge management processes in a sustainable competitive advantage in SAIDALgroup for the pharmaceutical industryfrom the perspective of leaders of different units of the group.The model that has been relied upon takes into account the relationship between theknowledge management processes (polarization, generation, sustainability, participation, application) as independent variables and sustainable competitive advantage as the dependent variable with its different dimensions.

Two major assumptions were developed for this study stem of them a set of sub_hypotheses,it has been tested using a combination of statistical methods.

The study found a positive relationship between the two variables, in addition to important conclusions and propose a set of recommendationsaimed at strengtheningthe role of knowledge management processes in a sustainable competitive advantage in SAIDALgroup for the pharmaceutical industry
