Abstract EN

The aim of the study is to identify ethical issues in advertising and its effects on the consumer and the community.

And to identify the Algerian consumer attitudes toward the most important (Deception, child, women, encourage materialism lifestyle and consumerism).

Study raised demographic variables (age, sex -, family -almistoy ,The situation of education) on attitudes towards ethical issues in commercial television advertising.

As well as to identify the ethical principles to be taken into account when designing the Advertising to reduce abuses and tune the advertising.

Using descriptive and analytical approach as an appropriate approach to such a study, as can assemble the information necessary to achieve the objectives of the study and answer its questions and hypotheses.

The study concluded that consumers Algerians negative attitudes towards these ethical issues.

Although different in their attitudes towards certain issues according to some demographic variables, but most agree that negative attitudes.

Also, found that: respect for the culture of the society (religion, customs and traditions.

The prevailing ethics ...).

Respect for human dignity (respect for women, children, and everyone in the community ....).

And to exercise social responsibility.

Genuineness and adequacy of the information.

All ethical principles must be respected and taken into account when designing the publicity in order to ensure its effectiveness.
