It provides contributions at various levels.

It emerges the intensification of competition between all countries of the world to attract the largest volume of investments, including the developed countries.

This latter attracts more than two-thirds of International investments, through providing suitable investment climate fits the requirements of multinational companies patron global Investment.

Likewise the rest of the world , Algeria seeks to attract a considerable volume of foreign direct investment, to gain from its advantages.

Such as jobs; creating economic dynamics , in addition to dismantling the dependence of the Algerian economy to petroleum rent, where most of the policies are focused on providing appropriate investment environment to attract foreign investment, which is characterized by weakness of flows and Confined to limited fields.
