Abstract EN
This study aims to identify the role of information technology in improving the logistic performance of the CBR Batna Unit.
In order to reach the results, a questionnaire designed for this purpose and distributed to the sample of the study consisting of 33 employees.
From the respondents’ point of view it has been found that there is a medium and positive correlation between the exchange of quality information resulting from the use of information technology and logistic performance by its dimensions (level of service, delivery performance and cost).
A number of recommendations were presented through these findings.
