Abstract EN

This study aims to identify the role of Information Systems in achieving the Competitive Advantage in Condor Electronics in Bordj Bou Arreridj from the point of view of users of the resources of these systems (Physical components, software, databases, communication networks, qualified human resources).

In order to achieve the objectives of the study, a questionnaire was designed and distributed to the study sample of 60 users and beneficiaries of Information Systems at different management levels at the entreprise.

There was an agreement by the sample members that the entreprise in question had a Competitive Advantage and it was one of its core marketlevel concerns for electronics .

Through the results, a number of recommendations were presented .
