Player's transfer is a legal transaction between three parties whereby a contract named player's transfer contract '' is signed by the previous club, the new club and the player.
According to this contract, the player is definitely transferred from his current club to a new one with respect to all procedures that professional laws impose in this regard.

Le transfert de joueur professionnel est une tripartite de procédure judiciaire, où il construit un contrat appelé «contrat de transfert du joueur," conclu entre les trois parties ; l'ancien club et le nouveau club et le joueur, acceptent de transférer le joueur en permanence du premier club au deuxième club et ce, en tenant compte des procédures requises par les règlements de professionnalisme dans ce domaine.
