Electronic commerce agreement may be executed in two ways.
It can be run in the first place on the internet, such as the purhase by downloading a software or a musical work.
Second, it can be run off-grid as the purchase of a product to be delivered or a journey that will be consumed later.
The implementation of electronic contracts, they carry on one thing or a service, not a break with the contrects of sale or ordinary business.
The electronic payment exists in the digital world various means and instruments of electronic payment, on line or not connected to the internet.
New ways appear from year over the technological developments.

Le contrat de commerce électronique peut être exécuté de deux façons.
Il peut être exécuté en premier lieu, sur le réseau internet, tel l’achat par téléchargement d’un logiciel ou d’une œuvre musicale.
En second lieu, il peut être exécuté hors réseau comme l’achat d’un produit qui doit être livré ou d’un voyage qui va être consommé ultérieurement.
L’exécution des contrats électroniques, qu’ils portent sur une chose ou sur une prestation de service, ne marque pas une rupture avec les contrats de vente ou d’entreprise de droit commun.
S’agissant du paiement électronique, il existe dans le monde numérique divers moyens et instruments de paiement électronique, en ligne ou sans connexion au réseau internet.
De nouveaux moyens apparaissent d’année en année au fil des évolutions technologiques.
