In most of the principles of the UN Charter with regard to the protection of the sovereignty of states, we find that the principle of non-interference most sensitive, because it combines state sovereignty on the one hand , and the rights of man, on the other.
The Charter of the United Nations text on the principle of non-interference in Article II, paragraph seven (7/2).
There is also a set of statements issued by the General Assembly in this regard, the statement of non-interference in the internal affairs of States and the protection of their independence and sovereignty, "Published December 21, 1965, In addition to the Declaration on Principles of International Law concerning friendly Relations and cooperation among States, dated October 24, 1970.
That is why we will discuss in this presentation of the foregoing, in addition to the legal view of the violation of most states of the United Nations Charter in cases of Libya and Syria in particular.
As UN intervention supported by the west force a change of government and the use of methods of disinformation.
This study is not without citation to the rules of international law and the provisions of international tribunals.

Dans la plupart des principes de la Charte des Nations-Unies à l'égard de la protection de la souveraineté des Etats, nous constatons que le principe de noningérence est le plus sensible, parce qu'il combine la souveraineté des Etats d'une part, et les droits de l'homme, d'autre part.
Le principe de non-ingérence est prévu à l’article 2/7 de la charte des Nations-Unis.
Un certain nombre de déclarations sont émises également, à cet égard, par l’Assemblée générales des Nations-Unis, tels que la déclaration de non-ingérence dans les affaires intérieures des Etats et la protection de leur indépendance et de la souveraineté ", publiée le 21 décembre 1965, et de la Déclaration relative aux principes du droit international touchant les relations amicales et de coopération entre les États, du 24 octobre 1970.
C'est pourquoi, nous allons aborder dans cet article, en plus de ce qui précède, la vision juridique de la violation de la plupart des Etats de la Charte des NationsUnies dans les cas de la Libye et de la Syrie, ainsi que l'intervention de l'ONU soutenue par la force occidentale dans le changement des gouvernements et de l'utilisation des méthodes de désinformation.
Pour ce faire, nous nous référons aux règles du droit international et à la jurisprudence des tribunaux internationaux.
