The evolution and the necessity to regulate the job market in Algeria has put the government under the obligation to set up a new device called (DAIP) to help in the professional insertion.
It is meant to trigger a dynamic creation of jobs by making available public and private companies, and public administrations and institutions, young applicants are financially fully supported by the state via different ways of insertion governs under contract and criteria, considering professional and intellectual skills

L’évolution et la nécessité de réguler le marché du travail en Algérie a mis les pouvoirs publics dans l’obligation de mettre en place un nouveau dispositif d’aide à l’insertion professionnelle (DAIP).
Ce dernier, vise à enclencher une dynamique de création d’emploi, par la mise à la disposition des entreprises publiques et privées et des institutions et administrations publiques, des jeunes primo-demandeurs d’emploi totalement pris en charge financièrement par l’Etat à travers les différents modes d’insertion régis sous forme de contrats prenant en compte les compétences professionnelles et intellectuelles
