The global FIQH rules mean the gathering of parts that come under one chapter of FIQH.

It represents the soul of the basics of FIQH and its cornerstone.

It is sometimes called DAWABIT -NNNNNN- and other as the basic rule and global rules as in EL-Makari and EL-KARAFI and other scholars.

Ibn Abizaid relied on this science in his world famous scripture *Mokhtasar El-Moudawana* to clarify the matters related to financial dealings.

He used in a very scientific way the notion of *GLOBELNESS* in matters related to finances.

He tried to define his work in a special way showing his mastery and knowledge in the glorious times of Islamic civilization as it will be shown in this article
