This study aims to analyze the basic dimensions of the process of integrating persons with disabilities in the work as an important link in the integration of social responsibility within human resource management practices.

These dimensions, which have been summarized in the Arab labor legislation in the concept of quota, It was clearly expressed by the experiences of international companies that went beyond the concept of disability and adopted professional thinking , the culture of social responsibility, the principles of non-discrimination and equal opportunities, in addition to the approach to the search for talent to achieve Diversity in the human resource.
