The objective of this study to what extent does the Organization learning affect the achievement of sustainable compititive advantage at the sidal complex of the pharmaceutical industry ,this has been tested by analyzing correlation relationships and the effect of the two variables,the independent variable is the Organization learning,and the dependent variable is the sustainable compititive advantage,it has been concluded that there is a strong correlation relationships and a positive impact between the tow variables,in the light of these results a number proposals were proposed to activate the role of Organization learning in the achieving sustainable compititive advantage at the sidal complex .
