The article deals with the subject of the relationship between the beneficiary of the housing benefited after the announcement and before editing the contract in the official form where the article aims to determine the relationship in sigh calm stage.
The first phase of the article has been allocated to the state in which the state be modal status so that it is addressed to the terms of character and give calmly effects meter.
The second phase of the article has been allocated to the case in which the relationship be based on the will of the individual so that it is addressed to the terms of this topic by the situation and the implication for begotten.

L’objet de l’article aborde la relation entre le bénéficière du logement, et l’établissement immobilier, avant l’établissement du contrat notarié.
La première étape de l’article, comporte les conditions qui considèrent la relation à caractère contractuel, en considérant les effets sur le plan des droits du bénéficière.
La deuxième étape de l’article, englobe les conditions de la source de la relation comme un acte juridique unilatéral, tout en considérant les effets sur le plan des moyens dont dispose le bénéficière.
