Abstract EN

In order to achieve a global and durable development, the Algerian public authorities worked to provide a suitable investment climate which is controlled by many elements among which the necessity to provide what is named the industrial or economical real estate to realize investment projects.

To reach this target, institution and bodies have been created with a mission of organizing the real estate for investment, these last have been mainly materialized in the national agency of intermediation and land regulation as a central body by virtue of the provisions of the executive decree No 07-119, modified and completed, which has created them and fixed their memorandum of association.
