The contract means the equivalence between the interests of the parties led to a balance of rights and obligations, unlike the leasing contract that gives the lessor the option of transferred these duties to the lessee, which reproduced a preferential treatment for the benefit of the lessor.

Le contrat signifie l’équivalence entre les intérêts des parties, traduit par un équilibre des droits et obligations, contrairement au contrat de crédit-bail qui accorde au créditbailleur la possibilité de transférer ses obligations au crédit-preneur, ce qui conduit un traitement préférentiel au profit du Crédit-bailleur.
