The United Nations focuses on the protection of children's rights and prevented violations which they suffered in various regions of the world, through buyout control mechanism according to the system of special rapporteurs so that it created several states directly to child rights.

This fact gave with the passage of time and the continuation of these States a strong impetus to meet the basic needs of children, especially those affected by armed conflict, and national, regional and international measures are improved in order to protect their rights and prevent violations against them
